Answer:

There are no schema changes for 2020 data.

When is 2020 data due to be included in files?

Answer:

To facilitate testing and meet compliance deadlines, 2019 data should be included in files no later than end of day 9/27/2019.

Do we have to keep 2019 data updated when 2020 data is included?

Answer:

Yes, 2019 data must be kept updated, keeping with the existing requirement of updating no less than every 30 days; and data must be kept in files through 1/1/20. After that point, 2019 data should be removed from Issuer files.

Can issuers create separate files for 2019 and 2020?

Answer:

Issuers must utilize the years array to combine their files.

Can issuers submit a separate index file for 2019/2020 plan data?

A:

No, issuers must use one index file to represent their files.



Questions:

Will there be a separate test environment where issuers can review 2019 data?

How can I get access to the test environment?

Can we submit separate test files?


Answer:

Test environments will be available during all-issuer testing, and for a subset of issuers during alpha issuer testing.

Instructions for accessing the test environment will be available when testing begins, and issuers will be given a contact email address and instructions to request access.

Issuers should integrate 2018 plan information into their existing files, there is not a separate test database or provision for separate test files.
