It's currently a technical requirement for the Machine Readable process that the issuer JSON files be posted to a public webserver. The underlying IP addresses that will be accessing the data may change due to the nature of our infrastructure; therefore, creating a whitelist for access can quickly lead to connectivity issues which are difficult to troubleshoot. In order to allow the crawler to access your files, you will need to have them posted at a publicly available URL.
