JSON File Location on Issuer Website
Question:
Where should the JSON files be stored on issuer websites?Do the files need to reside on a domain that is officially affiliated with, owned by, or registered to our health plan entity or can the files be hosted on any domain we choose?
Answer:
Files can be stored anywhere on an issuer website, so long as a valid index.json file is submitted.Regarding domains, as long as the plans.json, drugs.json and providers.json files are referenced in the index file, they can be located anywhere.
