Sharing/Grouping Files with Other Issuers

Can issuers that are submitting files together as a group submit a single index.JSON URL?
Answer:
For reporting and error-notification purposes, as well as any compliance actions necessary, each issuer is required to submit their index.JSON separately with the URL submission form, using their issuer name and ID number and an appropriate contact person for file error reporting.
